🔍 Saudi Arabia introduces corporate beneficial ownership requirements 🌍 From 3 April 2025, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s new UBO requirements take effect, requiring existing and newly formed companies to maintain and disclose the details of their beneficial owners and / or controllers (UBOs) with the Ministry of Commerce.
