🏁 YOUNG TALENTS ON THE FAST TRACK 🏍️ At 𝗞𝗧𝗠, training means: drive, opportunities and real experiences. Our young talents get the chance to grow beyond themselves, gain valuable experience, and turn their passion into practice. A strong example of this is the 𝗥𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗼𝗚𝗣 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗽: young talents between  the ages of 14 and 18, have the opportunity to prove themselves in international motorsport. But it’s not only on the racetrack where full throttle is required – behind the scenes, precision, dedication, and team spirit are just as essential. This is exactly where our two apprentices, 𝗡𝗶𝗸𝗼 and 𝗔𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘂𝗿, impressed: as part of the technical team, they demonstrated professionalism, passion, and a true hands-on mentality.
