This week, DCA Board Chair Sunita Gloster AM and Director Zak Hammer (Bluescope Steel) hosted our first Chief People Officer (CPO) Roundtable, in partnership with Accenture Australia. CPOs are a vital audience for DCA, and the session generated a robust exchange on the complex challenges leaders are navigating in today’s workplaces. Discussion explored how inclusion metrics are being linked to business outcomes, the impact of AI on workforce mapping, and the importance of having courageous conversations on the benefits of diversity and inclusion in public discourse. These roundtables not only bring industry leaders together to learn from one another — they also provide invaluable opportunities for DCA to ensure our work continues to meet the evolving needs of our members.
