𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 – 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬 • SEA or China Based • 5–10+ years in fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets — with a quantifiable record of smashing revenue targets. • A real book of relationships across OTC desks, PSPs, exchanges, remittance operators. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close complex institutional deals solo. • Deep familiarity with stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity management (or close enough to ramp quickly). • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, comfortable operating at speed. 3. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 – 𝐀𝐈 • Europe-based or able to work EU hours • 2+ years B2B sales experience (SaaS/AI/tech preferred) • Proper sales training from a previous company — you know the playbook • Strong outbound DNA — you like the chase • Curiosity and interest in AI (training, fine-tuning, LLM workflows, etc.) 4. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 / 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫 – 𝐖𝐞𝐛3 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 • Hong Kong or SG based or willing to relocate • 10+ years leading sales, strategy, and growth — ideally in crypto, fintech, or fast-moving startups. • Proven track record of driving serious revenue and profit. • Strong leadership chops with experience building, hiring, and scaling teams. • Strategic operator with excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Able to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.

I’m looking for a Lead Data Scientist (Machine Learning) for a high-growth team building an institutional-grade intelligence platform for crypto markets. This is a senior role with a direct path to ML leadership — owning the models that turn raw blockchain data into real, scalable market intelligence. You’ll be the one designing and shipping the systems that power how institutions read on-chain behaviour: • wallet classification • behavioural & entity clustering • anomaly detection • predictive models for market-moving activity You’ll work across quant research and blockchain data engineering — taking signal logic, shaping it into real ML systems, and deploying them at scale. As the team grows, you’ll also help hire and mentor more data scientists.
