This National Recycling Week, we’re shining a light on a few initiatives underway at IVE. Team IVE is steadily lifting our game, focusing on smarter production, less waste, and better outcomes. Across our sites, from cardboard recycling and paper baling to textile recovery, the work is visible and ongoing ♻️. We’re proud to show what’s already working: we recycle or divert from landfill around 94% of the waste generated by our production sites. We’re also careful about the materials we choose, using responsibly sourced paper such as FSC and PEFC certified paper. Our textile take-back program has already diverted over 6 tonnes from landfill since it started. And, as one of PonyUp for Good’s very first customers (joining in 2017), over 40 tonnes (40.268 to be exact!) of unwanted tech equipment has been kept out of landfill to date. This has supported an estimated 38,788 meals through SecondBite 💚. Sustainability isn’t a side project here; it’s how we work every day. Are we finished? Not yet.
