Future residents will have direct access to one of the city’s premier event destinations at the heart of Brisbane’s future Olympic precinct. Lendlease Corporate Leadership Team announcement After an outstanding 35-year career at Lendlease, Dale Connor is retiring from his joint roles as Chief Executive Officer Construction and Group Chief Operating Officer. During his career, Dale has worked across investments, development, construction, and operations in local and international markets, including as Chief Executive Officer Lendlease Australia. His leadership and influence have been instrumental in shaping Lendlease’s culture, strengthening operational performance, and developing generations of leaders across the business and the wider industry. Dale’s legacy is defined by a commitment to safety, sustainability, and diversity and inclusion; his contribution extends to the broader industry, including leadership roles with the Property Council of Australia. As part of this change, two exceptional leaders within Lendlease will take up the following roles: Stephanie Graham has been appointed Chief Executive Officer Construction, and Toby Matthews appointed Chief Risk Officer, effective 1st January 2026. 🏗 We’re accelerating the delivery of more than 2,300 new homes on Melbourne’s doorstep in Docklands, helping to meet growing demand and strengthening Victoria’s housing supply. Construction is ramping up at Victoria Harbour and Melbourne Quarter, and we’re fast-tracking a new building at Collins Wharf to add a further 400 homes to the precinct. These projects will also deliver new public spaces, including Bourke Dock and a park along Collins Street as part of the City of Melbourne’s Greenline vision, creating vibrant places for the community.
