🌍 Help Shape the Future of Sustainable Asset Management! IPWEA, as one of 15 member associations of the GFMAM - Global Forum on Maintenance and Asset Management, is calling on our financial members to provide their input into 'Project 28: The Role of Maintenance & Asset Management in Sustainability & ESG'. The Project dives into sustainability definitions, innovation, circular economy practices, and how asset management systems can evolve beyond compliance. Our members are invited to contribute to the second round of engagement on the Project and complete a questionnaire. The questionnaire: ✅ Takes ~1 hour to complete ✅ Refines priorities, builds consensus, and develops practical frameworks for Sustainable AM ✅ Open exclusively to current IPWEA financial members Your voice matters. A diverse range of perspectives and expertise is critical to ensure the global guidance we develop reflects the realities faced across sectors and communities, and captures a wide and credible spread of views. 👉To participate, email admin@ipwea.org with your member ID for access. If you are a member of one of the other 14 GFMAM associations, please contact your association office to connect with the project lead. #AssetManagement #Sustainability #ESG #GFMAM

About us
The Institute of Public Works Engineering Australasia (IPWEA) is the professional organisation providing member services and advocacy for those involved in and delivering public works and engineering services to the community both in Australia and New Zealand. Increasingly, engineers are working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, rather than working within traditional departments. Public works and services for all levels of government are being provided increasingly by consultants, contractors, suppliers of goods, services and machinery as well as those directly employed by government. Membership criteria for IPWEA has changed from an emphasis on engineering qualifications and position within council, to criteria based on what people do in their jobs. Members come from the wide range of professions involved in public works and services - engineers, asset managers, technicians, public works directors, parks managers, fleet managers, contractors, consultants, and managers.
