As a business development manager, you'll work across the full end to end short sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, helping business owners discover the Peninsula difference.
What You'll Be Doing
Be the front-foot driver of new business - prospecting, identify and securing new clients across Australia.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: uncover leads, qualify opportunities, pitch, negotiate and close.
Collaborate with onboarding and internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and excellent client experience.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects using our CRM (Salesforce).
Bring energy, curiosity, and resilience to every call, meeting and pitch.
Who we're looking for:
A proven performer in business development ideally across end-to-end short sales cycles (rather than only account management)
A confident hunter - self-motivated, proactive, driven by success and motivated by results.
Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build credible relationships at multiple levels (including senior stakeholders).
Comfortable with targets, metrics and thriving in a fast paced, results driven environment.
