We are supporting a leading international FMCG brand known for its strong ethical values, sustainability credentials and fast-growing presence in both retail and foodservice. Following a successful national launch into major retailers, the business is now scaling rapidly across the Australian Eastern Seaboard — and they’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can drive this next chapter.


In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Head of Sales (ANZ) while owning growth across QSRs, schools, universities, hospitals, catering groups and independent retail. Expect a mix of commercial strategy, customer development, market activation and on-the-ground execution.

Given the scope and autonomy, we will be considering candidates who meet the following core requirements:


  • Proven success in Business Development or Sales roles within Foodservice / Horeca channel in Sydney.
  • Strong negotiation abilities and a solution-oriented, analytical mindset — using data as a commercial driver.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • Australian residency / valid work permit and a current Australian driver’s license.
