We’re seeking a motivated Lawyer or Associate Lawyer to join their growing Property Law team and contribute to high-quality, impactful work.

About the Role
This role offers variety and autonomy, covering a broad mix of residential and commercial transactions, property developments, and leasing matters. You’ll have the chance to take ownership of files, contribute to complex projects, and deliver practical, commercially minded advice to sophisticated clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage residential and commercial property transactions across Queensland.
Advise on property developments, including off-the-plan projects and subdivisions.
Draft and negotiate leases, licences, and related agreements.
Support corporate and commercial transactions involving property assets.
Conduct due diligence, review contracts, and provide clear, client-focused advice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients who value personal, trusted advice.
About You
2–5 years PAE in Property Law.
Experience with commercial or development property matters will be well regarded.
Excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills.
A personable and professional manner, with a focus on client relationships.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
