We are currently seeking an Associate, New Business to join our Corporate Trustee Services (CSTS) team. This full-time role supports the onboarding of new fund clients, helping domestic and international asset managers establish retail and wholesale funds in Australia.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, New Business, you'll play a key role in managing onboarding transactions, preparing documentation, and maintaining internal systems and trackers. You'll work closely with clients, lawyers, investment managers, and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless and compliant onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities:
Support the end-to-end onboarding of new funds, ensuring processes align with Equity Trustees frameworks and service standards
Prepare documentation for internal committees and assist with legal and operational materials
Maintain onboarding trackers, Salesforce records and internal workflow systems
Coordinate weekly onboarding calls with clients and stakeholders
Assist with pitch decks and business development projects
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to a high-performing team culture and support senior management
What you'll need to succeed:
Experience in financial services, ideally within funds management or trustee services
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, client-focused mindset with a desire to learn and contribute
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Law
