I am so grateful for Kelsie; she was a true bright spot during my time with my baby in the NICU. I had wonderful interactions and felt the passion for patient care from all the nurses at this hospital. However, it really radiated out of Kelsie. She made sure that all of my questions were answered with the full depth of her vast knowledge and ensured my understanding. She had excellent techniques by showing me how to handle and care for my newborn.

It was absolutely valuable information for a first-time parent like myself. Kelsie also made sure to make our family feel special and made sure to celebrate each of our babies' milestones. It made all the difference in the world to have those personal touches like footprints and photos. It's all these small but kind gestures that make such a lasting impact and set the stage for turning a somewhat scary time in the hospital into positive memories. Kelsie's attitude, attention to detail, and truly authentic compassion have left a lasting impact, and I'm so thankful that I got to have her as one of our nurses during our stay.
