Position Summary
The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This role supports HR operations by preparing employment contracts, assisting with onboarding, and supporting disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end to end recruitment for local and international positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs.
• Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements across various platforms.
• Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate technical interviews, assessments, and client submissions.
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company standards and legal requirements.
HR Administrative & Compliance Support
• Draft, issue, and track employment contracts and contract amendments.
• Maintain digital and physical employee files in compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Support HR audits by ensuring all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Prepare HR letters including employment letters, transfer letters, warnings, and termination notices when required.
Employee Relations & Disciplinary Support
• Assist in managing employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner.
• Participate in disciplinary investigations and hearings as needed.
• Draft disciplinary notices, warnings, or related documentation under the guidance of HR leadership.
• Ensure disciplinary actions follow company policies and labor regulations.
• Provide guidance to supervisors regarding HR procedures and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and recruitment methods.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
