Following the event, Freddie will travel across North America as he is passed from one of the 60 participants to the next. F.U.N.G., which stands for Flynn University for the Next Generation, is a specialized program aimed at connecting and empowering future leaders within Flynn. This conference focuses on enhancing skills crucial for personal and professional growth. By creating a unique networking opportunity, F.U.N.G. provides a platform for aspiring leaders to collaborate and learn from each other. It is focused on self-development and preparing individuals for leadership roles within the company. Flynn Ottawa rehabilitated a government archive building including a full re-roof using TREMCO products, Installation of a large size green Roof, and Installation of a new stairwell. The team encountered multiple difficult site conditions, but thanks to everyone’s hard work the whole operation was successful!
