We are set to significantly scale underground productivity, moving from a single primary mining front to three in early 2026, and four by 2027. For years, the bulk of ore production has come from one mining front at Kora and Judd. With key infrastructure now online and additional enabling projects advancing, the number of active mining fronts will triple next year. This represents a major step-change in flexibility, efficiency, and long-term production capability. Jordan was nominated for Trade Test Candidate of the Year and presented his project on an Automatic Re-Start Control Circuit for a Ventilation Fan Motor, designed to minimise downtime and enhance safety during power outages. His work earned him 1st Runner Up, an incredible achievement and recognition of both his technical skill and commitment to excellence. Jordan’s passion for electrical work is rooted in his goal to uplift his community in Kainantu. This year’s theme, “Overcoming Disruption, Transforming the AIDS Response,” highlights the urgent need for stronger systems of prevention, treatment, and education. Globally, more than 40 million people are living with HIV, and ongoing disruptions to healthcare continue to widen gaps in access. In Papua New Guinea, the need for awareness is especially critical. In 2024, an estimated 11,000 new cases were recorded, with many affecting young people, underscoring the importance of education, testing, and stigma-free support. We’re systematically executing our long-term growth strategy and are now well advanced on the path to becoming a Tier 1 Mid-Tier gold producer. Our staged expansion approach has been designed to deliver sustainable, de-risked growth: 🔹 Stage 3: Our new 1.2 Mtpa process plant is delivered, fully financed with commissioning underway. 🔹 Stage 4: Targeting late-2027 commissioning, expanding capacity to 1.8 Mtpa and adding +400 koz AuEq per annum through a low-capex plant expansion. As of October 31, 2025, 92% of growth capital has been spent or committed, the project remains on budget, and first saleable production from the Stage 3 plant has already been achieved.
