Last year, I had the opportunity to work with LUG as one of the Game Day Staff, where I got to be part of an organization that brings students together through sports, community, and unforgettable experiences. It's been about 10 months since closing off the MeazureUp by Ladle Acquisition and officially ending that chapter of my career/life. Scaling our customer base to over 18,000 locations and completing a successful exit taught me a lot about what it takes to grow a business. Since then I have joined my long time passion project LUG Sports Group , on a full-time basis moving from a B2B Software SaaS model to a B2C AaaS (Activities as a Service lol) Sports company. The two are very different in what services they sell, but ultimately customers always want the same thing - a high quality experience. To accomplish that, you need to work with great people and that starts with hiring. We have two open roles at LUG, take a look and feel free to share with anyone who may be interested.
