  • Happy Friday, we’re excited to share Drew Doherty's incredible journey at Mark Anthony Group!   Drew started his career with us in the Wine Sales Development Program back in 2020. From there, he stepped into a Field Sales role in Ontario, where he built strong relationships and honed his expertise in the industry. His passion and drive led him to transition into working closely with our suppliers, first as an Associate Portfolio Manager. Drew achieved another milestone — earning a promotion to Portfolio Manager, his current role today!    Drew’s story is a true example of growth, adaptability, and commitment to excellence. We’re proud to have him on the team and can’t wait to see what his continued accomplishments!   What song best describes your summer working at the winery in the Okanagan Valley? Heat Waves by Glass Animals. It is such a 2020/Covid Era song to me and was played everywhere summer I was in the Okanagan. I remember our team making jokes about this song coming out while Kelowna was going through an actual heat wave, perfect timing! How would you describe the culture at Mark Anthony Group? I would describe the culture at MAG as fast-paced and collaborative. The company is constantly growing and evolving, and this creates a ton of opportunities, especially for those in the program. From day one, MAG encourages cross-functionality and collaboration between employees and teams. Everyone is willing to lend a helping hand to help you achieve your goals, One Team One Dream. What advice would you share with students interested in joining the Wine Sales Development Program? The idea of moving across the country for a summer job may seem crazy at first, but the program creates so many opportunities and open doors for you personally and professionally that you will be hard-pressed to find anywhere else, especially as a new graduate. The Wine Sales Development Program is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Plus, there is nothing like summer in the Okanagan Interested in learning more about the Wine Sales Development Program?
