“I had the pleasure of working with Howard on a challenging project with tight very timelines a few years ago. Howard came in late in the project, after several consultants proved unable to execute this challenging job effectively. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and has many years of experience to draw upon. His knowledge and experience assisted us in meeting very aggressive timelines, within budget. Howard is not only a consummate professional, but he is also very personable, winning support and respect of the team as a trusted advisor. Howard regularly exceeded my expectations and would often go above and beyond to get things done. I would highly recommend Howard as a construction/design project manager and would definitely use his services in the future.”
