Role Description

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in social media content creation to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our short-form video content. This role requires a sharp eye for social media trends, strong attention to detail, and the ability to confidently evaluate both scripts and raw video submissions for performance potential.

Responsibilities:

• Review AI-generated scripts to ensure they sound natural, align with brand guidelines, and are optimized for social platforms.
• Evaluate raw UGC creator videos for lighting, framing, pacing, tone, and delivery.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to creators to improve content quality over time.
• Identify trends and ensure that content stays fresh, relevant, and engaging for audiences.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external creators to maintain smooth workflows.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation, ideally short-form video (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Strong understanding of what performs well on social platforms, with an instinct for what will succeed or flop.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give actionable feedback in a positive and constructive way.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual quality
