We are proud to celebrate the second anniversary of our B Corp certification, a milestone that reflects our commitment to ethical business practices, social responsibility, and environmental impact. Since becoming B Corp certified in 2023, we have made meaningful progress, including: 🤝 People: In FY2025, 98% of our workforce across factories, shops and offices have received a certified Living Wage. The remaining employees are on track as we work towards 100%. 🌍 Planet: 97% renewable electricity achieved across Group operations in FY2025. 🌿 Launch of the L’OCCITANE Group Biodiversity Strategy at COP16 in 2024. ⭐️ Engagement through global volunteering programmes focused on biodiversity, regenerative agriculture and social inclusion.
