  • We had the pleasure of welcoming curious young talents to our company and giving them a glimpse into the exciting world of IT. From hands-on coding exercises to taking laptops apart and repairing them their curiosity was truly inspiring. Days like this matter. They spark interest in technology. They show how software supports safe and efficient aircraft maintenance. They help young people imagine their future careers. We are proud to support the next generation and hope to see some of these young minds in our industry one day.

  • The South Korea Aero Summit is in full swing in Seoul. A strong day for our Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem teams. Tracy Reichert and Yool Park presented “Empowering Aviation’s Future – Digital Transformation through the Digital TechOps Ecosystem”. Their message was clear. Digital transformation works when data flows, processes align and teams gain tools that make their jobs easier. That is where the Ecosystem delivers value. Elisha Phuah and In Son followed with “From Hangar Floor to the Digital Core – Rethinking Aviation through AI”. They highlighted real pain points on the hangar floor and demonstrated how safe, targeted AI can reduce manual work, improve accuracy and ease operational pressure. The event brings together FlightOps and TechOps leaders from the region. A great opportunity to exchange ideas and highlight how collaboration moves our industry forward.

Last week marked the conclusion of the Digital Tech Ops Forum, bringing together Swiss AviationSoftware, flydocs, AVIATAR and Lufthansa Technik Engineering Services alongside customers and partners from around the world.   Over three days, the focus was clear: creating real value for our customers through integrated digital solutions across maintenance and engineering. From predictive analytics to planning optimisation, the discussions and workshops highlighted how collaboration within our ecosystem drives efficiency, data connectivity and smarter decision-making. For Swiss-AS, the breakout sessions provided the ideal platform to showcase the evolution of AMOS and its ecosystem. Together with our customers, we explored the latest developments of AMOSmobile/STORES, including Material Allocation and Picking List, and the next-generation AMOSmobile/EXEC Flutter app.   A sincere thank you to our customer keynote speakers Tahsin Istanbullu from Pegasus Airlines and Sujju Prasad from Etihad Airways for sharing their transformation journeys and insights, and to all contributors, speakers and attendees whose expertise and commitment made this forum a success.   The strong engagement and feedback reaffirmed our joint vision: shaping the future of digital tech ops through partnership, innovation and tangible results.

✈️ Back to the Future Day – where we don’t need roads, but digital transformation. On 21 October 1985, Marty McFly travelled to the future and discovered flying cars and smart technology. In aviation, that future is already here. Together with our Digital Tech Ops Ecosystem partners, we are shaping the digital transformation of aircraft maintenance and driving smarter, more connected operations.
