As a Data Center and Network Global Delivery Manager, Frita and her team help ensure every facility is designed, built, and commissioned to meet ByteDance’s global standards for reliability, efficiency, and scalability. Timelines shift and unexpected challenges come up often, but by working closely with teams across different areas of expertise, she tackles issues head-on. When something blocks progress, she goes onsite, gathers what she needs, and makes decisions with clarity and sound judgment. “I used to take a very rigid approach because I wanted everything done a certain way,” Frita shares. “Working here has taught me to balance structure with flexibility, which has made me much more effective in solving problems.” For Frita, great impact is never a solo effort.
