  • We were delighted to host Chef Martin Yan at The Infinity Room @ Plaza Premium First lounge in Hong Kong International Airport. A globally acclaimed chef and television personality, Chef Yan has been instrumental in introducing authentic Chinese cuisine to audiences worldwide. During his visit, Chef Yan experienced Beyond First—our bespoke travel concept designed to transform airport journeys through seamless, personalised service from door to gate. He savoured our signature cocktail, caviar selections, and the iconic Fish Ball Noodles with XO Sauce, praising the silky, rich broth and perfectly springy texture. Chef Yan also spent time with our culinary team, recognising the craftsmanship and attention to detail that define Plaza Premium First’s elevated dining experience.
