Thank you so much, Linda Gorissen, for the great feedback!
This is a free ad :-) Today, I attended the conference HR of Tomorrow in Amsterdam. Hadn't attended many of such events recently, as we were as an HR team so busy with building the new Western European cluster. But today I decided I needed to go more outside again - to get the latest trends and inspiration. And I must say I wasn't disappointed. So if this conference is in town again, would definitely recommend to join. What I learned / liked: 💡 was impressed by a company that by means of AI bot had lowered their time to plan an interview from four days to four hours. I would think candidates would prefer to interact with a human, but turns out that candidate satisfaction actually increased a lot - as candidates get a response very fast. 💡 a new expression: one of the (male) presentators described their senior management as 'male and pale'. Did not hear that expression before and thought it was pretty funny 🙃. 💡 got reconfirmed that we already got a lot right at Miele 💖. Sometimes, in the day-to-day hussle, you might feel that other companies go much faster in the latest HR developments. Although I definitely do not claim we do everything right, I'm happy to work for a company where we have an employee NPS* of +15 and a manager manager NPS** of +45. There were (big) companies sharing annual employee turnover levels of 55% (😮). So big thank you to the Miele colleagues that we together make our company such a great place to work! You rock! 💡liked the practical tips on how to train your AI (co-pilot, chatgpt) to get to more empathetic, smart and unbiased answers. Long story short: thank you Impactic Global GmbH for today! And to all speakers and participants of course 👍 * employee NPS: would you recommend your company as a good company to work for? * manager NPS: would you recommend your manager as a good manager to work for?
