How does a system from 2007 still prove competitive today? 🤔 Together with OeTTINGER GETRÄNKE in the Bavarian town of Oettingen, we’ve shown how this is done: namely with specific controller upgrades that keep the line powerful and viable for the future in the long term. 💪 🙌 Working to a priority plan, we’ve already successfully modernized a number of KHS machines, including the packer/unpacker that was subjected to a KUKA KRC5 conversion. 🛠️ Thanks to professional maintenance on a yearly basis, the machines were in an excellent condition. By replacing discontinued components and integrating up-to-the-minute control and visualization systems, the line can now be operated for many years to come and is easy to maintain and state of the art. 💡 The conversion was carried out during annual inspection of the machine, with efficient planning ensuring trouble-free implementation.
