The Hidden Touch Display from Lufthansa Technik recently honored with the Lufthansa Group Innovator Award in the “Dare to Try” category, elevates cabin design by eliminating the bulk and visual intrusion of conventional interfaces💡. By embedding controls directly into any surface, it preserves the integrity of premium interiors while delivering an elegant, intuitive way for passengers to interact with their space. This seamless approach clears the visual noise of traditional hardware and opens new possibilities for dynamic branding, guidance, and passenger engagement — all without compromising aesthetic harmony. Kudos to the entire team: 👏 David von Holt, Christoph Fehrenbach, Jan-Michel Deutsch, Hannes Steckel and Peter Faulkner-Harding.

This edition of #FlightBenefitDiaries takes us to the heart of winter in Ottawa, where snowy and peaceful days define the season. Meet Serra Erdur, who used her Lufthansa Group flight benefits to travel home during one of the busiest seasons of the year and experience the magic of a true Canadian winter. From waking up to minus 30 degrees and snowy landscapes to enjoying the Rideau Canal, the world’s longest natural skating rink, her journey was a true winter fairytale. Witnessing sea smoke rise over the river and reconnecting with loved ones made the journey even more meaningful. We believe travel brings new energy and fresh perspectives that stay with us long after the journey ends. We’re already excited to see where our team will go next. #FlightBenefitDiaries #LufthansaGroup #Canada #OurPeopleAreOurBrand #zeroG #LifeatzeroG #zeroG

❔Did you know that more than one billion people worldwide live with an invisible form of disability? 🌻 The global program Hidden Disabilities Sunflower 🌻 supports people with invisible disabilities and enables affected individuals to discreetly indicate their needs in public spaces. The symbol is a yellow sunflower on a green background, usually in the form of a lanyard with a pendant. ✈️ Lufthansa joined the Sunflower on December 1. The Lufthansa Group's goal is to have all its airlines join the program by the end of 2026. Austrian Airlines, Eurowings, Swiss International Air Lines are already on board. In recent weeks, Lufthansa has provided its ground and cabin crews with comprehensive information and training on the Sunflower Program and raised their awareness of the issue and how to interact with passengers who wear the Sunflower. ✅ The Sunflower Program will also be implemented at Lufthansa’s two home airports – as of now at Flughafen München, and in Frankfurt with Fraport AG from January 2026. #MakeChangeFly #HiddenDisabilitiesSunflower #WeTakeOffToTakeCare
