Grateful for an Inspiring Collaboration! We at REHADAT would like to extend a big thank you to CBS International Business School for an outstanding practice project this semester. Together, we explored how to communicate accessibility in a way that is clear, engaging, and impactful. The students impressed us with their creativity and strategic thinking—analyzing communication channels, developing ideas, and showing how inclusive content can spread effectively in today’s fast-paced digital world. Looking forward to more opportunities to work together on promoting inclusion and accessibility!

𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 REHADAT 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft This semester, my students at CBS International Business School had the chance to work on a project that goes far beyond a classroom exercise. Together with RehaDat at the Institut der Deutschen Wirtschaft, we explored how to communicate the topic of accessibility in a clear, engaging and meaningful way. The students analyzed communication channels, developed ideas and discussed how content must be designed so that it is easy to understand and can spread effectively inside an organization. A good idea is never enough on its own. It also needs to be convincing, well structured, especially when it comes to social media and fast changing digital communication. In this project, the students learned what it means to not only be creative, but also act as an agency who can explain new developments to others. I was very glad to see how open and supportive Eva Rabung and Eva Eisch were throughout the entire process. They guided the students with honest insights into how communication works inside a organization and gave feedback that will help them on their professional paths. Their contribution made a real difference. I also want to highlight that AI played an important role in this project. We used AI tools to support the process, to visualize our ideas and to explore different communication approaches. It became very clear to me how much potential AI already has and how quickly it will shape the near future. The ability to automate and optimize communication processes opens new possibilities that were hard to imagine only a short time ago. #Inclusion #PracticeProject #Communication
