𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗣𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗽𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗲) Employees commuting to their workplace can now deduct €𝟬.𝟯𝟴 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗿 of their commute. This replaces the previous rule, under which the higher rate applied only from the 21st kilometer onward. For those living farther from their workplace, this change can translate into a meaningful tax refund when filing the annual tax return. 𝟯. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁 (𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗱): increased to €𝟮𝟱𝟵 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱. 𝗚𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 𝗩𝗔𝗧: the reduced 𝟳% 𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 for food in cafés and restaurants is now in effect, aimed at stabilizing prices in the sector. 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗮𝗴𝗲: the statutory floor has risen to €𝟭𝟯.𝟵𝟬 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿.
