    What an incredible Cyber Week 2025 at Zalando. Cyber Week is one of the biggest moments in e-commerce every year. For us, it’s also when our teamwork shifts into top gear. Teams across Zalando steer the business in real time, ship many times our usual volumes, and make millions of customers happy. Every minute counts and customers get brilliant deals on products they love from our thousands of brand partners. This year was no different. The dedication and hands-on problem solving across all our logistics sites, tech hubs, and offices was truly inspiring. And we’re also very pleased with the results. They reflect our careful planning, high performance execution and highly scalable systems and infrastructure. Here are a few highlights that show what we achieved together: ✅ On Black Friday, we achieved a peak of 7,366 orders per minute ✅ Across the 12-day campaign, our teams shipped over 30 million items ✅ More than 1 million new members joined our Loyalty program Zalando Plus ✅ Our top-selling product this year was the classic Nike Air Force 1 Seeing this incredible performance, energy and drive gives us immense confidence as we power through the busy holiday season and look ahead to 2026. This momentum shows the tremendous value our ecosystem strategy unlocks for customers, partners and Zalando and marks a strong finish to achieve the targets we have set ourselves for 2025.     That's a wrap! The Zalando Style Creator Day 2025 was epic! 🤩 We welcomed 150 creators from 21 markets for a full day of learning, creative collaboration, and, naturally, style. The energy was massive, packed with deep dives into upcoming trends across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle. A huge thank you to our brand partners— adidas, Lyle & Scott, ELEMIS, Narciso Rodriguez, Stanley 1913, Living Proof, Inc., CLOUD NINE, Tangle Teezer Ltd and Augusta & George —who led hands-on workshops filled with product innovation and fun. To keep our creators ahead of the curve, we brought in industry powerhouses like YouTube and Epidemic Sound for specialist sessions, alongside expert guidance from our internal Global Styling and Social Media teams. Building genuine, long-term relationships with our creator community is key. We're thrilled to continue supporting you in generating the most impactful, platform-ready content!     Our secret to innovation? We Seek the Difference! At Zalando, we know that great ideas don't come from groupthink. They come from challenging assumptions, and bringing diverse voices and people to the table! ‘Seek the Difference’ isn't just a mindset; it's an important part of our culture and a powerful catalyst for innovation. We actively pursue differences in thought, perspective, gender, and background because doing so uncovers critical gaps in our thinking and leads to better decisions and more impactful outcomes for customers, partners and our business. I recently had the pleasure of joining our Women in Finance Network (WiFi) for a conversation on this exact topic. I shared my personal perspective on the necessity of 'Seeking the Difference' to build stronger teams and to maximize our impact. A key takeaway? Strong business engagement naturally generates deep conviction and varied perspectives, which are valuable assets when unified by a common goal. Our opportunity is to harness this diverse energy for truth seeking debates and better decisions. Success requires leaders and teams to proactively integrate diverse people and viewpoints and commit to creating a safe space and resolving potential differences and conflicts openly. Doing this does not only enable better decisions, but also builds stronger commitment and drives faster execution, leading to more business impact. As leaders, we have an opportunity and an obligation to lead by example to build and sustain a thriving and inclusive environment.     We were the main fashion sponsor of Poland’s Top Model 2025—and we went all in. It was our way of inspiring Polish enthusiasts to experiment and express their style with confidence. Here’s how we brought the show to the audience: 🔸 The wardrobe: The contestants had access to the full Zalando wardrobe to discover autumn trends and our wide assortment of clothes, shoes, and accessories. 🔸 Style inspo on tap: The featured styles from the show were available on our platform through curated, weekly-updated collections. That ensured the fashion inspiration was within reach for everyone. 🔸 Personal style is for everyone: We launched a social media campaign to help answer the everyday question, “What do I wear?”.
