What an incredible Cyber Week 2025 at Zalando. Cyber Week is one of the biggest moments in e-commerce every year. For us, it’s also when our teamwork shifts into top gear. Teams across Zalando steer the business in real time, ship many times our usual volumes, and make millions of customers happy. Every minute counts and customers get brilliant deals on products they love from our thousands of brand partners. This year was no different. The dedication and hands-on problem solving across all our logistics sites, tech hubs, and offices was truly inspiring. And we’re also very pleased with the results. They reflect our careful planning, high performance execution and highly scalable systems and infrastructure. Here are a few highlights that show what we achieved together: ✅ On Black Friday, we achieved a peak of 7,366 orders per minute ✅ Across the 12-day campaign, our teams shipped over 30 million items ✅ More than 1 million new members joined our Loyalty program Zalando Plus ✅ Our top-selling product this year was the classic Nike Air Force 1 Seeing this incredible performance, energy and drive gives us immense confidence as we power through the busy holiday season and look ahead to 2026. This momentum shows the tremendous value our ecosystem strategy unlocks for customers, partners and Zalando and marks a strong finish to achieve the targets we have set ourselves for 2025.
