Whether we look at organic or inorganic growth, our focus is clear: strengthen our profitable logistics core and position us for long-term success. 👉Organic Growth: Focused investments in GDP+ Markets We invest in markets and sectors with growth potential above global gross domestic product (GDP). That is what we call GDP+. These are areas where logistics demand is rising faster than the broader economy or where we can generate strong returns. Some examples: 🔎Life Sciences and Healthcare: We are expanding next-generation logistics capabilities, including our new site in Florstadt near Frankfurt, Germany. 🔎Middle East: We have committed to investing €500 million across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia by 2030 to tap into strong regional momentum. 🔎E-commerce Infrastructure: We are scaling up capacity and locker networks to meet growing demand. 👉Inorganic Growth: Strategic M&A In the first half of 2025, we increased our focus on inorganic growth, guided by a clear strategic focus. We look for acquisitions that either: 🔎Enhance our capabilities: For example, CRYOPDP, a specialist in temperature-controlled logistics, and IDS, an e-commerce fulfillment and retail distribution logistics provider, both contribute to expanding our services; especially for small and mid-sized companies. 🔎Expand our market share: Our investment in Evri, a leading parcel delivery company in the United Kingdom, helps us grow in one of Europe’s key e-commerce markets.
