Benston will succeed Olivier Chupin, who has decided to leave the company after four successful years to pursue a career outside of WSA. Today, WSAudiology announced results for the third quarter of the financial year 2024/25 showing organic revenue growth of -4%. The growth was impacted by macro weakness. Jan Makela, CEO, said:  “Macroeconomic weakness led to soft market conditions in the third quarter with consumers cancelling or postponing hearing care treatment. This resulted in a negative organic growth of 4% in the quarter compared to a very strong quarter last year of 12% organic growth, which was supported by the launch of Signia IX. Despite the market weakness, we saw strong growth in our online business in the U.S. We remain committed to helping many more people to regain the joy of hearing while delivering long-term profitable growth through innovation and disciplined cost control. This month, we are excited to announce the expansion of our Signia Integrated Xperience portfolio with two groundbreaking innovations. 🌍✈️ After two exciting months abroad, our 2023 WSA Graduates are back in Denmark — full of fresh insights, new skills, and unforgettable global experiences! John Lafranchise joined the CRM Project Team in France, where he attended the Salesforce World Tour in Paris. At the iconic expo center, he learned how Salesforce is using AI to drive innovation across customer journeys 🤖✨. Over in the US, Pratyush Khanra, Stefania Gallone, and Frederikke Boye Nielsen gained hands-on experience with local teams. For example, Pratyush contributed to strategic initiatives and saw firsthand the fast-paced decision-making that defines the competitive US market. Meanwhile, Francisca Pereira and Armando Zimone were in Singapore deepening their understanding of key finance processes. 🌟 Today, WSAudiology announced that Dorothea Wenzel has joined its Board of Directors and has been appointed Chair of the Audit Committee, effective immediately. At the same time, Julian Tøpholm is stepping down from the Board.  WSA Chair Lars Rasmussen commented:   "We are delighted to welcome Dorothea to the WSA Board. Her broad business and finance background, as well as her considerable experience as a director, will ensure that the work of the Audit Committee strongly supports WSA's strategic priorities and reporting responsibilities. Today, WSAudiology announced results for the second quarter of the financial year 2024/25 showing organic revenue growth of 1% to EUR 668 million and an increase in EBITDA of 22% to EUR 117 million, corresponding to an EBITDA margin improvement of 2.8%-points. Jan Makela, CEO of WSA, said:  “With an organic revenue growth of 1% in a volatile macro environment and a significant EBITDA margin improvement, WSA delivered satisfactory second quarter results. I am very pleased with the successful launch of Signia BCT IX and Widex Allure at the end of the quarter.
