    The project was a deep analysis and progressive conceptualization of information sharing as a strategic dynamic capability that extends information management’s view on exploitation towards including exploration in dynamically changing environments.

    The analysis points to the strategic relevance of information management in a dynamically changing environment, opening up for management views that connect exploitation with exploration. Leading to a resulting call for augmenting exploitation and exploration to make information management more strategic, as well as the notion of a capability rather than a resource.

    Together with my group, I received the award for Outstanding Bachelor Project for the class of 2015 Information Management.

    The general criteria asks for a paper “that can serve as a role model and inspiration, as it is forward-looking and innovative, but also professionally executed from an academic point of view - and maybe opening up for new questions and views that we have not had before.

    The award is hand-picked by the study director.
