Going Places. ✈️⚽ For over a year, EGYPTAIR has been part of our journey, supporting FC Masar and the Right to Dream Egypt community as we continue going places in every sense. It’s a partnership that’s already taken us far, and one we’re proud to keep building together. 🤝 Because for us, Going Places means more than travel. It’s both a journey and a destination. 🌍 And each part of our community lives that journey in its own way, finding its path to grow and go further. For our women’s team, it’s gaining access to experiences still rare in Egyptian football; from training camps in Denmark to matches across North Africa and beyond where they learn from new styles of play and bring that knowledge home stronger. 💪 For our academy student-athletes, it’s joining their Right to Dream community across the world or traveling to international tournaments to learn, compete, and grow through exchanges that shape character as much as skill. 🌱 That shared motion mirrors the purpose behind our partnership: ✈️ EGYPTAIR moves people across the skies. 💫 We move young people towards opportunity. And together, we’re going places.

Egypt's first purpose-driven development football club; part of Right to Dream's community of clubs and academies.
نبذة عنا
FC Masar is Egypt’s first purpose-driven development club, established with the vision of empowering youth, creating pathways for the next generation of football talent, and setting a new benchmark for football development in Egypt and across Africa. As a proud member of the Right to Dream global football community since 2021, FC Masar is part of a growing network of academies and clubs spanning Ghana, Denmark, Egypt, and the U.S. This global connection offers us unparalleled opportunities for growth, learning, and collaboration both on and off the pitch. In the 23/24 season, FC Masar's women's team won both the Egyptian League and Egyptian Cup, secured qualification for the CAF Champions League, and made history by finishing third—the best-ever result for an Egyptian club. In the 24/25 season, FC Masar's women's team also won the Egyptian League and are competing in the CAF Champions League. Meanwhile, FC Masar's men's team earned back-to-back promotion from Division III to Division II of the Egyptian League in the 23/24 season and from Division II to to the Pro League in the 24/25 season.

📣 ✍️ A major milestone for FC Masar as we now serve as an official pathway for Right to Dream academy graduates. This represents the club's ongoing commitment to developing young talent and providing them with greater opportunities to succeed on and off the field. The journey is just starting, and we are excited to see the positive impact it will have on our players, our club, and the wider community. #WeAreFCMasar
Just three years ago, Right to Dream Egypt Academy welcomed its very first class of student-athletes. 🇪🇬 That same year, FC Masar men's team, part of the Right to Dream community, were competing in Egypt’s fourth division. This month, two Egypt Academy grads — Zeyad and Hesham, both 17 — became the first Egypt grads to sign pro contracts, joining FC Masar. ⚽ And after three consecutive promotions, FC Masar will compete next season in Egypt’s Second Division A, the second tier of the Egyptian football system.📈 It’s a proud moment for the players. And a proud moment for the club, of course. But it also reflects something deeper. A system built with intention and designed to serve the needs of the community it belongs to, with values and vision guiding each step. One that focuses on creating real opportunities and long-term pathways for young talent. That sees the whole journey, not just the next game or short-term milestone. 🔁 Because, for us, this isn't about scale alone. It's about growing in a way that leaves a lasting impact. 🌱

Two legends of the global game. One shared reaction. Over the past month, we had the honor of hosting two football icons at our FC Masar premises at the Right to Dream facility: 🇿🇦 Coach Desiree Ellis, Head Coach of South Africa’s Women’s National Team 🇫🇷 President Philippe DIALLO, President of the French Football Federation (FFF) Both visits were filled with inspiring conversations about the future of talent development, the work done and potential of women’s football, the importance of combining sport & education, and ultimately creating real pathways for the next generations. Their praise and encouragement reaffirmed our mission at FC Masar — to build a purpose-driven, professional football club that empowers youth, inspires community, and sets a new standard in Egypt and beyond. We’re proud to be part of the Right to Dream family — and even prouder of the impression our players, staff, and facility continue to leave on the global football community. #WeAreFCMASAR
