As a Technical Animator, you’ll play a key role connecting art and technology, building and maintaining high-quality rigs, developing efficient tools, and ensuring our characters move beautifully on screen. As a Production Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and tracking production workflows, making sure the teams have the information and resources they need to meet deadlines while maintaining quality at every stage of the project. If you’re organized, a strong communicator, and have previous experience in animation, we’d love to meet you! 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: 🔸 Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and project priorities. 🔸 Ensure clear communication across departments. 🔸 Track progress in Shotgrid and Excel, keeping data always up to date. 🔸 Anticipate possible workflow bottlenecks and help resolve them. 🔸 Support the production team to keep the pipeline running efficiently. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗼𝘀: 🔹 Experiencia demostrada como Supervisor/a de FX o en un rol de liderazgo senior en animación o producciones de FX. 🔹 Conocimiento sólido de flujos de trabajo, pipelines y herramientas estándar de la industria. 🔹 Capacidad para equilibrar la visión creativa con la viabilidad técnica y las limitaciones de producción. 🔹 Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y resolución de problemas. 🔹 Nivel fluido de español (imprescindible).
