Natalie Howard steps into the role of Front Desk Manager at the new AIRE Ancient Baths Toronto, bringing her energy and passion to lead our front desk team. Natalie recently completed her onboarding at our HQ in Barcelona, guided by Anna Bru, Operations Manager, and Anna Altozano Sabio Altozano, Front Desk Manager. This experience allowed her to fully immerse in AIRE’s culture and operations, preparing her to bring her expertise to our Toronto team. We are thrilled to have Natalie on board and can’t wait to see the positive impact she will make leading our front desk. AIRE Ancient Baths are temples dedicated to the creation of the ultimate relaxation experience, where time does not exist. Inspired by the tradition of baths from ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman civilizations, the AIRE Experience always takes place in restored historical buildings in the centre of globally acclaimed cities. We strive to create spaces and moments meant to balance and relax the body and mind, following ancient traditions of well-being. Using water as our key element, accompanied by sets of treatments and massages, curated to pursue and cherish a lifestyle of stillness and enjoyment. We have grown exponentially, under the basis of creating an immersive experience, into a world of calm and ease. We were born out of the desire to link the pleasure of indulgence with the opportunity to bask in a different world. From the atmosphere, the music, candle lit rooms, or the Orange Blossom scent present in each corner of AIRE, every little detail is meant for complete peace and wellbeing. AIRE is unique from any other experience, since it is based in restored historical buildings spread across the globe, which are fundamentally full of magic and luxury. AIRE Ancient Baths has an international presence with 8 established AIRE Locations in New York's Tribeca and Upper East Side neighbourhoods, Chicago, London, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Sevilla, Almeria and Vallromanes. We are already looking into the future and moving onwards, with our soon to be opened locations in Toronto and Los Angeles. We are, once again, eager to take our philosophy of well-being and relaxation wherever we go.

A few months ago, I started a new chapter as Global L&D Manager at AIRE Ancient Baths In these first few weeks, I’ve had the chance to dive into the operations of some of our most iconic locations: Barcelona, London, NYC Upper East Side, NYC Tribeca, and Chicago. One thing is clear: brands that manage to grow while staying true to their essence create the ideal environment for talent to thrive. At AIRE, the exceptional guest experience isn’t just front of house, it’s deeply embedded in the way every team member shows up with care and presence each day. Behind those two hours of disconnection our guests enjoy, there’s an entire (often invisible) ecosystem working in harmony, from Maintenance and Housekeeping to Lockers, Links, Therapists, Management, and Corporate teams. It’s a beautifully orchestrated system, powered by heart. There’s a quote I love: “Culture is what happens when the "leader" isn’t in the room.” I’ve seen a truly beautiful culture here, honest, alive, and human. I’ve had deep conversations, sketched ideas, and I’m excited to help shape what’s next.
