Italy is a market full of potential, and we’re excited to bring our expertise and innovative approach to the table. Our goal is ambitious: to manage 8,000 communities and 200,000 homes in the country by 2029. Leading this next chapter is Giuliano Garesio, founder of Estia, who will continue driving growth in Italy.
