Today at AMETIC's Encuentro de la Economia Digital y las Telecomunicaciones, our CEO Marta P Estarellas joined the discussions on the future of technology. If you thrive at the intersection of physics, engineering, and deployment (and want to build real quantum computers), we want to hear from you! 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐦 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 🎓 PhD or MSc in Physics (Quantum/Condensed Matter) OR MSc in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a strong physics background. ❄️ Hands-on lab experience with cryogenics, RF systems, or superconducting circuits. 🔍 Strong debugging mindset across electronics, RF, and mechanical domains. 🗣️ Excellent communication and documentation skills in English. 💜 Qilimanjaro is now a 70-climber team! When we began this journey in 2019, Qilimanjaro Quantum Tech was a small group of passionate founders with a vision for coherent, analog quantum computing. 🚀 In the last three years, our team has grown from 29 in 2022 → 47 in 2023 → 60 in 2024 → now 70 in 2025. As companies expand, it’s easy to lose the sense of connection, but one of our greatest strengths is that we truly know one another. We share lunches (yes, all together at one very long table — a story for another post 😄), ideas, and a passion for quantum.
