Strengths: - amazing technical skills in the talent pool; - agility and the tinkering spirit - strong work ethics - International Polish diaspora (we should use it more) Challenges: - lack of frameworks for tech transfer, lack of trust among researchers in the fairness of the commercialization - too many hesitations, we need to be bolder - too modest aspirations As DJ Nag, said Poland shares a similarily humble spirit to the US MidWest, but to conquer the world, we need to be less shy and bolder.

€40,000 for Industry Development: Launching a Startup Competition with USF ⭐ The past few days have been quite eventful for us, and we’re not planning to slow down! I’m excited to announce the launch of a joint project with the Ukrainian Startup Fund — Uklon Innovative Boost. ❓Who is this competition for? We are looking for startup teams with technological solutions in the fields of mobility, logistics, delivery, smart cities, and road safety. Requirements: — Startup stage: Seed or higher; — MVP availability; — Working prototype (for hardware startups); — Registered in Ukraine. Applications are open until February 20. From all submissions, we will select the top 10 projects to pitch their ideas at an offline Demo Day in March. The number of vacancies found is a key indicator: if there are fewer than 50, this could signal low demand. • What salary expectations should you set? Research salary ranges through Glassdoor or communicate with professionals working in your target region. For example, in the UAE, recruiters consider your nationality, experience, and last workplace to determine the salary range. • What if you don't have enough relevant experience? Adapt your resume and focus on specific skills important for the target market. For example, working in Europe requires a clear description of experience using the XYZ formula: action, result, contribution to the project. • How does LinkedIn help find work abroad?
