------------------------------------- Born in Paris in 2011, inspired by Paris ever since — The name AMI, the French word for friend, plays with the initials of Alexandre Mattiussi, its founder and creative director. On November 20th, we had the great pride of launching our very first Duoday at Ami — a meaningful milestone in our commitment to building a more inclusive and accessible workplace.   For this edition, we had the pleasure of  welcoming five participants with disabilities, each mentored by an operational manager or director for a full day of mentorship and discovery. Throughout the experience, they explored new métiers, exchanged with our teams, and gained insights into the diversity of roles that bring AMI to life. More than an immersion, this day was a powerful moment of dialogue, learning, and mutual inspiration. The Duoday initiative reminds us that inclusion is not just an intention — it is something we build through real encounters, open conversations, and shared experiences. #Duoday2025 #DEI
