With stricter ELVs comes a need for continuous monitoring of a range of gases. So, what do you use? Find out what we would recommend below. 👇 1️⃣ Multi-Gas Infrared Emissions Analysers, such as our MIR 9000e. ✅ Simultaneously monitor a wide spectrum of gases, including some interferents to improve accuracy. ✅ QAL 1 certified by TÜV. ✅ Remote communications and service assistant inside. ✅ Smart analyser with automatic zero and span gas injection control capabilities. 2️⃣ Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) systems. ✅ Simultaneously monitor a wide spectrum of gases. ✅ Rapid reconfiguration when needing to measure additional compounds. ✅ Remote diagnostics. ✅ Especially designed to measure wet and corrosive sample gases. Implementing the MIR 9000e system or an FTIR system, along with Graphite52M, will ensure you easily comply with best available technique-associated emission levels (BAT-AELs), without much effort. Take action and stay compliant with our regulation guide in comments ⬇️

🌏 This #WorldPollutionPreventionDay, we call on you to think about how you can influence this global environmental health crisis. Will you be part of the solution? The day serves as a reminder of the environmental and health impacts of industrial and other forms of pollution, as the negative ramifications we are seeing aren’t going anywhere. Today, air pollution contributes to over 8 million deaths each year and ranks as the second leading risk factor for premature death globally. More can be done to prevent this. Each of us can take environmentally friendly actions. Whether minimizing emissions within a plant, reducing waste across the business, adopting more sustainable ways of travel. We can adopt small changes or bigger strategies to create an impact. How can ENVEA help? We can Inform decisions, support you to minimize emissions, and prevent waste of resources through process optimization. With monitoring and abatement from ENVEA, you can become part of the solution. Together, we can safeguard our future. 🔗 Is your pollution prevention strategy robust enough? Start your environmental compliance journey with ENVEA (link in comments)👇

🚨Time is running out, WGC-BREF changes take effect next year. Here’s exactly what you need in place by December 2026. 👇 The EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED) are implementing stricter rules for the management and treatment of waste gases in the chemical industry as of 2026. The changes to the Best Available Techniques (BAT) include: ✅ Lower mass-flow thresholds ✅ Continuous monitoring of numerous gases ✅ Stricter Emission Limit Values (ELVs) ✅ More focus on diffuse emissions ✅ Use of QAL1-certified instruments Does your monitoring equipment meet the new permit requirements? ENVEA can help you comply without adding extra stress. Read our blog to learn about the changes and find the perfect, easy-to-use monitoring solution. 🔗 Link in comments ⬇️

🚚 Did you know that tire wear is one of the primary contributors to airborne microplastics in high-traffic environments? While the health effects of microplastic exposure are still being explored, researchers are increasingly focused on their impact on the wider environment – from how particles travel to how far they can spread. With the support of Droplet ENVEA Group’s WIBS analyzer, researchers like Juergen Gratzl at TU Wien are advancing real-time understanding of these airborne particles. The ability to analyze microplastics in the lab is opening new doors in atmospheric research, giving scientists clearer data on where microplastics come from and how they behave. 💬 “As tires wear down, the synthetic polymers they contain become airborne tire dust,” explains Gratzl. “These particles can disperse widely in the atmosphere and contribute significantly to environmental microplastic pollution.” This is just one of the insights shared in our recent interview with Jürgen Gratzl. 🔗 Read the full interview on our blog to dive deeper into how research is shaping the future of microplastic monitoring (link in comments) 👇

What do you know about the WGC-BREF emission monitoring changes? With the deadline looming, you can't afford to not know. We dive into the details in our latest blog. 👇 As of 2026 companies with chemical activities will need to be fully compliant with Best Available Techniques (BAT) described in the WGC-BREF. This means you will need to: ✅ Implement Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) management systems ✅ Monitor, record and evaluate emissions during start-up, shutdown or incidents ✅ Implement an Environmental Management System (EMS) ✅ Keep updated inventories of channelled and diffused emissions We've decoded the WGC-BREF regulation, so you don't have to. Discover our complete teardown in our WGC-BREF blog. 🔗 Link in comments ⬇️
