Developing the next generation of People leaders is at the heart of our commitment at LVMH. Last week marked an important milestone for the SPRING HR Graduate Program, our leadership development talent lab for next-generation HR talents across the Group. Over the past two years, the SPRING HR Graduates have grown through rotational, fast-track and high-impact missions across our Maisons and Corporate teams, including GROUPE BON MARCHÉ : Samaritaine, Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche et La Grande Epicerie de Paris., LVMH Fragrance Brands, Moët & Chandon and Louis Vuitton, with the guidance of mentors from GIVENCHY, Guerlain and SEPHORA. As one of the participants shares: “The SPRING Program was, for me, a profoundly impactful experience, far more than just a development journey. And if I had to remember just one thing, it would above all be the human adventure.” SPRING Graduate Programs serve as a development talent lab where selected learning formats are progressively scaled to the wider HR Next Generation community, strengthening collective learning and connections across the Group. #LVMHSPRING #LVMH #WhereDreamsBecomeCareers #LVMHTalents
