🏭 INDUSTRY WEEK 2025: TRIGO inspires future female talent in industrial #Quality! During Industry Week, TRIGO proudly partnered with Elles Bougent to host open house events across multiple industrial sites in France, with an additional event at TRIGO Fleury les Aubrais scheduled for January 8th. Our initiative introduced middle and high school girls to the world of industrial quality, showcasing the diverse career paths available to women in this traditionally male-dominated field. Each event featured personal testimonials from our TRIGO mentors and guided tours of our work areas and client production facilities. At our Controreupe site, we organized a comprehensive full-day experience in collaboration with a key manufacturing client. Students discovered metrology and 3D control processes in the morning before witnessing the practical application of quality management at our client's site—providing a complete view of the industrial quality value chain. "By opening our doors and sharing our expertise, TRIGO demonstrates its commitment to diversity and inclusion while inspiring the next generation of quality professionals," notes Geoffrey Dorkel, HR Director of TRIGO France. The initiative strengthened our client relationships around our shared commitment to increasing female representation in industrial professions. Most importantly, it sparked curiosity and interest among young women who may now consider careers they hadn't previously imagined.
