We turn commitments into measurable progress across our network. Recent indicators reflect a tangible step forward, each in a different area, all essential to the responsibility we carry: 🔹 1 billion invested across our VINCI Concessions network. Because operating a network also means driving change and creating value for the regions we serve; 🔹 We divided our lost-time injury rate for its own staff in its scope of consolidation by 3.6 compared to 2016 levels, with a rate of 4.47; 🔹 36% of all roles and 35% of managerial roles in our consolidated workforce were held by women; 🔹 A 52% reduction in VINCI Concessions’ direct carbon emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) in 2024, with a new reduction target of two thirds set for 2030. These figures are not an end in themselves. They speak of decisions, shifts in habits, and trade-offs. We were pleased to welcome ASFA Autoroutes and IBTTA to Aéroports de Lyon, operated by VINCI Airports, a great way to share VINCI Concessions’ best practices with our public and private partners. Operating transport infrastructure and ensuring the best experience for customers and passengers is our daily commitment and expertise. We manage over 100 airports, highways, stadiums and rail projects across 25 countries. VINCI Highways and VINCI Autoroutes' networks span almost 8,200 km in 14 countries and welcome an average of 3.4 million customers per day, while VINCI Airports' teams handle more than 870,000 passengers every day across a network of 70+ airports worldwide. This visit was also the opportunity to showcase the work of our airport teams — especially the way they expertly manage day-to-day operations from our operations command centers, and to reveal the tangible results of VINCI Airports’ innovation strategy, with Lyon Airport standing out as a center of excellence for passenger experience. #IBTTALyon #VINCIConcessions

Across highways, roads, airports and bridges, VINCI Concessions is supporting the rise of electric mobility and preparing the infrastructure of tomorrow. ⚡ In France, more than 2,100 EV charging points are already in service on the VINCI Autoroutes network. • 100% of service areas are equipped, • 75% of chargers are high-power, enabling a full charge in around 30 minutes, • Nearly 2 million charging sessions were completed in 2024 - twice as many as in 2023. ⚡ In Germany, as part of the federal « Deutschlandnetz Regional » program, eliso is rolling out 111 ultra-fast charging stations (400 kW), representing 816 charging points across Northern, Eastern, and Central Germany. Independently from the federal program, eliso secured 208 sites to deploy 896 ultra-fast charging points out of which eliso has commissioned 13 operational sites, comprising a total of 40 charging points. ⚡ In Greece, around the Rion-Antirion bridge, VINCI Highways is modernizing the customer experience with digital services and a dedicated e-pass for EVs. ⚡ In the airport sector, VINCI Airports signed an agreement in 2024 with TotalEnergies to deploy and operate 800+ EV charging points in the car parks of Aéroports de Lyon. At London Gatwick, an Electric Forecourt dedicated to EVs was inaugurated this year. In Japan, Osaka Itami Airport introduced a “WeCharge” EV station, making it the country’s largest airport car park for electric vehicles. 🚴♂️ 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝘂𝗲𝗹𝘁𝗮 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗜𝘀𝗲̀𝗿𝗲, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 On August 26, Voiron, in France, hosted a stage of the #Vuelta2025. After the race, the riders and their teams took off for Catalonia from Aéroport Grenoble Alpes Isère, part of our VINCI Airports network. Behind the competition, there is another performance: that of our teams and partners, able to coordinate a large-scale international logistics operation : 🔹 355 passengers across 2 dedicated flights 🔹 12 buses arranged between Voiron and the airport, with support from our partner Actibus 🔹 14 operational staff on site, reinforced by a colleague from Chambéry 🔹 3 to 4 colleagues supporting business aviation and management 🔹 15 security agents ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements A collective effort that demonstrates the strength of our concession model and our operational expertise, enabling us to successfully manage exceptional operations while serving our regions.
