Agritrack and VivaTech 2025 in Paris!   Intense few days at Viva Technology 2025, and to be honest—we’re leaving with more questions, sharper focus, and a lot of energy. Here’s what we’re taking back with us at Agritrack: 1. Everyone’s talking traceability—but…. From seafood to dairy and vegetables, brands want transparency. But stitching together real-time, interoperable data from farm to shelf is still a huge pain point. We find our approach refreshing —leveraging standardized GS1 / GDST tracking events, AI-driven quality insights, and on-the-ground capture—resonated. There’s real demand for tools that actually fit into operations, not just tick boxes. 2. Collaboration beats perfection We met incredible founders, corporates and NGOs pushing for more resilient and honest food systems. The biggest lesson? Progress comes faster when we share datasets, co-create pilots, and avoid reinventing the wheel. There's space for aligned players—not just competitors. 3. Hosted by XPRENEURS Incubator and the Technical University of Munich, the first week of the program was a powerful mix of nature, networking, and next-gen food system thinking. We started with a symbolic hike from Schliersee to Tegernsee and next stop: TUM Venture Labs in Freising – where we met with corporate leaders, mentors, and ecosystem experts to explore collaboration opportunities around supply chain transparency, climate resilience, and sustainable innovation. Special thanks to partners from Südzucker Group, Bayer | Crop Science , Dr. Oetker,  Bayerische Landesanstalt für Landwirtschaft (LfL), and others for your openness and valuable insights.
