Job Responsibilities
Customer Demand Cultivation, Development and Management: Responsible for collecting business information and portrait characteristics of hospitals in the jurisdiction, planning customer stratification, and identifying key customers and departments. Develop new customers and maintain existing customer relationships in the region. By visiting customer management and clinical department heads in the jurisdiction, assist in planning hospital department development, explore cross-selling potential in joint, trauma, and sports medicine-related departments, and build a good KOL network for customers.
Customer Resource Matching and Management: Match appropriate sales and service resources based on customer needs, coordinate and ensure the efficient flow of products and tools, and improve operational efficiency. Quickly respond to customer needs, provide professional solutions, enhance service satisfaction, and maintain good long-term customer relationships.
Product Portfolio Planning, Promotion and Sales Implementation: Collect competitor information and assist sales management in formulating competitive product strategies in the region. Design competitive product portfolios based on customer needs, and promote specific work such as in-hospital promotion, sales and subsequent volume increase of product portfolios.
Talent Development and Team Leadership: Assist management in talent identification and development, and lead the sales team to achieve business goals.
Market Access Strategy Execution: Cooperate with the market access department to promote customer hospital access-related work.
VBP Business Execution and Monitoring: Ensure the timely and accurate supply of VBP products for customers in the jurisdiction.
Qualifications
Industry Experience: At least 3-5 years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device field.perfer to sports medicine filed.
Account Management Experience: 1-2 years of experience in key department sales and account management for clients.
Education Background: Academic background in medicine/medical device-related majors; candidates with clinical experience are preferred.
