Our recent industry briefing focused on Central Bank of Ireland’s approach to Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR) for industry participants who are thinking about, or who have already applied for, Central Bank authorisation as MiCAR firms. The briefing was attended by a wide variety of industry stakeholders, and included Central Bank observations on our engagement with firms, and key areas of improvement.
