  • Yesterday, we hosted our first intensive learning session for the Climate Launch - AI for Climate cohort, led by Pratap Raju, diving into a critical foundation for every climate-tech innovator: Mastering Customer Discovery & Crafting a Strong Value Proposition.    The session reinforced a fundamental reality of early-stage innovation: Customers often say one thing but do something entirely different. For climate-tech and AI-driven solutions, the biggest risk is building products without a grounded understanding of real customer pain points, urgency, and willingness to pay.    A key reminder for every founder: not everyone is your customer. Identifying true early adopters and understanding their behaviours is essential to early success.    As the cohort progresses, these foundations will shape better pilots, stronger product decisions, clearer pricing models, and more aligned partnerships. We are excited for what’s ahead and proud to support innovators building AI-driven solutions for a climate-resilient future.
