Last week, 24 cross-functional teams from Technology, Product, and Marketing participated in a 24-hour AI/GenAI hackathon, showcasing live demos the following day. We witnessed strong ideas across various areas, including search, content refresh, marketing, new listing creation, seller/buyer insights, vastu, customer support and internal efficiency bots for traffic attribution, people processes, DevOps, and many more. What inspired me most was the energy in the room—the willingness to try, iterate, and reimagine how AI can enhance customer experiences, streamline operations, and enable smarter decisions. This mindset keeps us future-ready.
