True Inclusion is about creating meaningful opportunities and enabling potential to thrive.   Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of meeting colleagues whose courage, resilience, and talent have reshaped my understanding of what a truly inclusive workplace looks like. They’ve reminded me that dignity and opportunity should be guided not by limitations, but by aspiration and intent.   On International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we reaffirm our commitment to this year’s theme: ‘Equal Access, Greater Progress, Endless Possibilities.’ It reflects the spirit of our core values, Grow with Members and Responsible Growth, which push us to go beyond and build a workplace that honors every individual’s potential.   At Marico, this belief comes alive in many ways - through inclusive hiring practices that open doors, accessible workplaces that break barriers, and most importantly, through our members who choose empathy, respect, and allyship every day.   In 2023, we launched the WINGS Trainee Program to strengthen the representation of Persons with Disabilities across our workforce.
