A cornerstone of the offsite was the chance to draw inspiration from our very own leaders Kalyan Krishnamurthy, Hemant Badri and industry stalwart Ronnie Screwvala - who shared incredible insights on leadership in current times. Over time, you realise that inclusion doesn’t come from one big initiative. It comes from being sensitised to the little things that make someone else’s day easier. At Myntra, a lot of us have learned to notice these moments at work. Like stepping aside at the accessibility lift because you know someone else genuinely needs it more than you. Or how we automatically share meeting agendas in advance because we have seen how much it helps colleagues who prefer more preparation time. Even small habits like speaking a bit slower on virtual calls, being empathetic when someone needs a little flexibility, and remembering that everyone has unique needs have slowly shaped how we show up for each other. These aren’t rules. They are just ways of working that have grown over time. Working with fellow Myntraites who navigate visible and invisible disabilities has made many of us more aware, more patient, and more thoughtful. It has shown us how inclusion lives in everyday decisions, the ones no one notices but everyone benefits from.
